You meet someone, tell them what you do, and a week later they've forgotten you completely.
𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝗽𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻: why what people remember matters more than what you say, how to lead with the specific problem you solve, and how to use trigger points to make your introduction stick.
Most introductions are too vague to remember. "I help people sell more" sounds fine, but it gives the listener nothing to hold onto. They can't picture who you help, so they can't picture who to send your way.
James breaks down two things that make you memorable. First, the specific problem you solve. Second, the trigger point: the thought, feeling or event that tells someone they need you. Use real, human moments people recognise, like "I just can't sell," and you're far more likely to be remembered and referred.
