Success should expand your life, not exhaust it.

The Endura Method Podcast is for high-achieving, high-functioning women who have built impressive careers and are ready for a life that feels as good as it looks on paper. Host Kim Abrego is a doctor of physical therapy, a former consultant with 25 years of experience, a founder who built and sold a company, a professional bodybuilder, a wife, and a mom of two. She knows firsthand what it takes to perform at a high level without losing yourself in the process.

Each episode is built around the three pillars of the Endura Method. Lift covers your physical foundation. Love covers the relationships that sustain you. Luxe covers joy, designed on purpose. Kim shares real stories, practical tools, and honest conversations to help you build strength, protect your energy, and create a life that lasts.

  • Lonely at the Top: Building Real Friendships as a High-Achieving Leader
    4 Nov 2026

In this Love pillar episode, Kim explores leadership and loneliness: how women can have packed calendars and thousands of LinkedIn connections, yet no close friend to call to celebrate a win or ask for help. She shares the 2023 Surgeon General finding that loneliness affects health as much as smoking 15 cigarettes a day, and University of Kansas research showing it takes about 200 hours together to become close friends, with work hours counting less. Kim talks about why asking for help is so hard for leaders, and why letting someone support you is actually a gift. She offers a simple self-assessment (who could you call in a crisis, who understands your pressures, who celebrates your wins, who knows you beyond your role) and practical ways to build connection with limited time: make it recurring, stack activities, find peers on purpose, use micro connections, and go first.

  • Brain Fog Isn't a Diagnosis: The Five Usual Suspects
    27 Oct 2026

Brain fog seems to be coming up everywhere, so Kim takes it on directly. Rather than treating it as a fixed, catch-all diagnosis, she reframes it as a check engine light: a signal pointing to underlying behaviors worth looking at. Kim walks through five usual suspects: sleep, blood sugar, caffeine and alcohol, nutrients and hormones, and chronic stress and overload. Along the way, she shares a University of Pennsylvania sleep study showing that six hours a night for two weeks impaired performance as much as missing a full night of sleep, her own story of over a year of disrupted sleep with a newborn, a cousin's perfect term for alcohol-disrupted sleep (“wine awake”), and research on how often executives switch tasks and how long it takes to refocus. Kim closes with a simple two-week self-audit and a reminder that clarity and concentration are built through habits.

  • Peptides for Recovery, Hair, Skin, and Nails: Wolverine, Glow, and Klow
    19 Oct 2026

In the third peptide episode, Kim focuses on peptides for recovery and for hair, skin, and nails. She explains the Wolverine stack (BPC-157 and TB-500), what each peptide is based on, and what people are reporting anecdotally: less soreness after heavy workouts and improved function with chronic or localized injuries. Kim then covers GHK-Cu, the blue copper-bound peptide found in many creams and serums, and shares small, industry-funded studies showing gains in collagen and reductions in wrinkle volume and depth. From there, she explains how Glow and Klow build on the Wolverine stack, and shares what women in the Endura Method have noticed, including fewer nights woken by knee pain. Kim closes with an important reminder: peptides are not a cure-all. They fit within a recovery hierarchy, supporting sleep, movement, and nutrition rather than replacing them.
