Will Nicholas Rossi finally admit who he is? And will he face justice for the crimes he's spent years evading? For the women who say he attacked them, the wait for answers has been years in the making. Most true crime ends at the courthouse steps. This one goes inside.

Presenter Jane MacSorley follows Rossi from a Scottish prison to trial in Utah — with access to courtroom recordings, victim testimony, and the jurors who decide his fate. She’ll even find herself taking the witness stand.

Series two of I Am Not Nicholas is where the full story finally comes into focus. Will the women Rossi abused finally receive the justice they deserve?

Content Warning: This series contains adult themes and references to sexual violence - including victim testimonies about sexual assault.

I enjoyed this. Dealt with compassion and empathy. It would have been interesting to hear from the wife but I fully understand why she wouldn’t want to.

An excellent little podcast

Absolutely fantastic follow up to Jane’s original podcast about a man who claims to be a normal guy from island and not a serial rapist and criminal from the states. Jane MacSorley has a fantastic ability to look at stories from all angles and isn’t afraid to put herself in danger to find the truth. I first noticed this journalist when she did a documentary about missing teenager Damian Nettles, she was ruthless about finding the truth out and compassionate towards the victims. I look forward to any future podcasts she does, and highly recommended listening to this as a follow up to the original podcast “I am not Nicolas!”
