We kick off our new season talking about Minneapolis. How could we not, right? There's so much going on up there and much of it is pivotal to how the Democrat party is approaching their elections. It’s Thanksgiving week and this episode wraps up my conversation with my buddy, Jason Laporte. Be sure to check out Parts 1 and 2 of our talk. Today’s episode is Part 2 of my conversation with my Christian brother, fellow worship participant, and local music legend, Jason Laporte. Today we talk about what it’s like to play music for a living, especially out in the secular public, while still managing to be a Christ follower and the scrutiny we’ve faced trying to reconcile those two worlds to our Christian brothers and sisters. We also talk about the challenges we’ve faced with still trying to find opportunities to tell people about Jesus when we’re not inside the walls of the church playing music. And we share with each other the ways we’ve tried to still maintain a lifestyle that’s set apart from the secular world.
