    One of the most powerful, and under-appreciated, "tools" for helping your body heal is:

    Sweat!

    It's true. Sweating is good for your health and should be a vital part of any healing protocol.

    The reason why is simple:

    Sweating helps your body get rid of toxins.

    This is incredibly important in this day and age as we are literally surrounded by toxins.

    - Toxins in the foods we eat.

    - Toxins in the water we drink and bathe in.

    - Toxins in the air we breathe.

    - Toxins in the products we apply to our skin and hair.

    - Toxins in the clothes we wear.

    - Toxins in the sheets we sleep on.

    Basically, toxins are everywhere and they are making us sick!!!

    On this episode I explain the role of toxins in chronic disease. I also talk about why SWEATING is an excellent "tool" you can use to help eliminate them from your body.

    Suppose a man is suddenly woken up by the sound of his smoke alarm blaring.

    Further suppose he gets up… silences the alarm by cutting one of its wires… and goes back to bed.

    Would you think this man was wise?

    No!

    Why not?

    Because silencing a smoke alarm without finding out what CAUSED the alarm to be triggered is foolish.

    Yet that's what the medical profession does with nearly every chronic disease.

    It's true.

    Go to a medical doctor with a chronic complaint and you will most likely be given a drug to SILENCE YOUR SYMPTOMS.

    And while that can be of value in the short term… in the long term it could kill you.

    Why?

    Because, like the man I mentioned above, NOT identifying and correcting the CAUSE behind the alarm/symptom can eventually destroy you.

    On this episode I explain HOW and WHY ignoring the CAUSE of symptoms can be disastrous to your health.

    I also explain the two major problems associated with taking drugs to treat symptoms.
