  • The Preview Show: B&Q Toilet Paper
    May 29 2026

What's that rumbling noise I can hear? Ah, yes. The unmistakeable sound of Jim Campbell trembling in his boots at the very thought of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia charging at the Arsenal defence. Oh, wait. No it isn't. That's just the sound of Pete's stomach screaming as he attempts to drink jellied meerkats from a glass.

They both join Marcus to preview Arsenal's date with destiny. Is a PSG win really as inevitable as we all think? Plus, Steve Clarke's reign as Scotland manager is extended, and FIFA cover up an mural in Dallas reminding the public about the importance of marine conversation. Excuse the pun - is it even possible for them to sink any deeper?

  • Wait, are we the bad guys?
    May 28 2026

Oh, what’s that, Rayo Vallecano? A romantic, scarcely believable journey to a final of a European competition– WELL GET SOME PREMIER LEAGUE RICHES AROUND YA CHOPS, YOU SLUGS.

Marcus and Luke celebrate a joyous Conference League trophy for Crystal Palace that caps off Oliver Glasner’s remarkable tenure. Plus, Anthony Gordon’s off on a European gap year and a listener brings us a long-overdue Australian speed skating update.

Arguably the best football podcast put there, forget all the glitz and glimmer of the sky sports podcasts and listen to these guys! No nonsense opinions and top banter.

Funny and informative football podcast. Good length as well at 45 mins , some football podcasts are too long at well over an hour. Has a variety of speakers which rotate so is always different.

I've been listening to the Ramble since 2010 and they continue to provide an entertaining but also well informed view of the world football. The jokes, coupled with different lineups each episode mean while there is familiarity each pod isn't the same.

My only negative is that despite listening (and emailing in) for almost 15 years, seeing 3 live shows and meeting the lads, I've still yet to get official friend of the ramble status. Howay lads!
