We're not going to tell you what sounds are best for you, because, as we ALL know, sounds are subjective!

I'm Clare, a counsellor and musician with AuDHD who has found that certain sounds have helped me: soothe my heightened emotions when agitated, upset or overloaded, stay regulated at work, and fall asleep much more easily every night.
