Episode 41: Jesus Is Praying for You

We often tell people, “I’m praying for you.” But have you ever stopped to consider that Jesus is praying for you, too?

In this episode of Two Pastors: Conversations About Everything, Jason and Robby explore one of the most humbling and empowering truths in Scripture: Jesus prayed for us before His crucifixion, and He is still interceding for us today!

In John 17, we get an incredible glimpse into Jesus’ prayer for His disciples and for those who would come to believe in Him. That includes us! But the story doesn't end there. Hebrews reminds us that Jesus continues to intercede on our behalf, and Romans tells us that even when we don't have the words to pray, the Holy Spirit intercedes for us.

We also explore the great cloud of witnesses in Hebrews 12 and what it means to run the race of faith knowing we aren't running alone.

What would change in your life if you truly believed that Jesus is praying for you? How would it change the way you face challenges, approach prayer, or navigate life's most difficult moments?

It's a truth that should humble us, encourage us, and empower us.

Because before you ever prayed to Jesus, Jesus prayed for you. And He's still praying for you today.

Join Jason and Robby for a conversation about prayer, grace, encouragement, and the incredible assurance that we never face life alone.
