In Episode 1, Manohar Patil lies at home, leaves aimlessly for a set - any set - to spend his day and his depleting self worth in. But his lies and his debts are catching up and there are moments he feels too exhausted to carry on. His wife Malti patiently toils on having taken on the mantle of provider. His struggling actor son Amit taunts him and mocks his misfortune. His creditors are hounding him. His old colleagues don’t lose an opportunity to humiliate him. Standing by the sea shore at day end, he wonders about the road ahead, he finds the waves almost inviting... when suddenly, one phone call changes everything.
