Female entrepreneurs in Jersey have just days left to apply for a groundbreaking new initiative which aims to supercharge their growth over the next year.

FLARE – a competitive programme by All Island Media which is short for Female Leaders And Rising Entrepreneurs – will see one outstanding founder awarded a year-long mentorship and £20,000-worth of advertising support across the Island’s leading media platforms.

Applications close on 31 January, with the winner to be selected by an expert judging panel in February, and announced in time for International Women's Day.

Among those judges is Shakera Rolle‑Manuel, founder of SRM Accountancy and lead sponsor of FLARE, who says her backing for the scheme comes from a long-standing commitment to helping entrepreneurs who might otherwise go unseen.
