Fix your message first

Most new coaches think the fix is a better website or a shinier offer. It usually isn't. It's the message.

This week I sat down with Anthony Alexander Harrison, who spent 45 years in corporate PR working with brands like Microsoft, Disney, Starbucks and the New York Times before retraining as a coach a year ago. He now has eight clients and says it never feels like work.
