Have you ever read a personal development book, had a massive lightbulb moment, changed your behaviour... and then found yourself doing exactly the same thing again six months later?

Me too!

In this episode of The Three Little Birds Podcast, I'm talking about something that can be both wonderful and incredibly frustrating about personal growth: learning the lesson, forgetting the lesson and having to learn it all over again.

Because personal development isn't something we complete. There's no final exam, certificate or magical moment when we become completely enlightened and nothing bothers us ever again - perhaps that's not such a bad thing.

We'll explore why old patterns keep returning, how our automatic reactions influence our behaviour, and why recognising a pattern sooner can be a much better measure of progress than never experiencing it again.

I'm also sharing some thoughts on triggers, boundaries, self-awareness and why revisiting the same lesson doesn't necessarily mean you've gone backwards.

If you've ever caught yourself thinking, "I thought I'd dealt with this already!", this episode is for you.

Remember, the goal isn't perfection. It's awareness, growth and learning to choose differently.

Listen in, and let me know what lessons keep showing up in your life.

Much love,

Amy x💜🤟
