How many years have you been believing statements about health and weight loss that simply aren’t true. But you keep repeating this advise as if it were. Maybe some of these worked in the past. You heard that worked in the past. Not sustainable or true. For instance, you can’t just go ona diet that will make you lose your saddlebags.
