Fantastic audiobook
Such a refreshing, no-nonsense approach to skincare without the usual industry BS! Whether you're completely clueless to skincare OR just want to know more, this is a fantastic audiobook and resource to learn from. Especially drawing on Caroline's extensive knowledge and experience of the skincare industry. Tip - make sure to listen all the way to the end credits, golden!

Easy listening and enjoyable
Love that Caroline narrates this herself. Didn’t learn a lot having listened to Caroline a lot across various media but good content none the less

My new skincare BFF!
There was honestly not a lot of new information here for me cos of my experience with skin care except maybe the importance of Retinol but my days Caroline is hilarious. the anger at brands scare mongering and lying about organic... etc. its a great book. I'll listen again.

No-nonsense & extremely insightful - didn’t stop listening!
I’m a longterm fan of Caroline’s blog and YouTube channel, so I opted for the Audiobook to hear her charismatic-self reading it.
I couldn’t stop listening and even after all of the blog posts and videos I’ve watched from her, I still found myself learning even more! The only negative is that I’m now knee-deep into an expensive skincare shop...

Caroline is absolute gold!
As someone with severe acne and oily skin I can safely say that I am OBSESSED with skincare. so I thought I would give this book a listen. I have now listened the whole way through TWICE and will undoubtedly listen multiple more times in the future! This is now my Bible when it comes to all things skincare! Caroline has a plethora of knowledge that she shares in this audio book and I have taken so many tips from listening. I have raved to anyone and everyone that they need this book in their lives. Also, if you are listening to the audio book, definitely stick around for the outtakes at the end. Hilarious!

Too shouty!
A lot of useful tips and informative,,,, but it is really shouty. I like to listen to audio books before bed but couldn't with this one as Ms Caroline can be quite shouty when explaining things. Apart from the shouty-ness it was a great guide for skin care tips.

Funny
Good, solid, comprehensive advice (perhaps a little repetative in parts, but the advice being given is really good so perhaps bears repeating) which is also very amusing to listen to. The bloopers at the end are most entertaining; uncontrollable swearing and Caroline has the funniest laugh ever. Made me laugh a lot too!
