Working with IMG, and founder Mark McCormack, he was the first agent for Tiger Woods, worked with Greg Norman, and many others. A lot of the conversation touches on what drove Tiger and Norman in particular, their similarities and differences, and the balance an agent must play in the lives of those they represent.
