I received this audible book from Audiobook Obsession for a fair and honest review. The story was fun, fast paced, romantic and of course the best part had a HEA. I enjoy Sci-fi and PNR, could relate to storyline, Zorbans loss of his soulmate Lena having to leave because of the circumstances and not wanting to return making a new life for himself on another planet. Was happy for him finding a love with Leah. Leah (Lena) herself was an interesting character making ice sculptures and her extraordinary abilities. I think Zorban knew deep down when he jumped into the truck with her that snowy night that she was more than just a pretty woman he was attracted to. Want to believe that anyway.
I was only dissatisfied with one thing and that was the narrator, I don’t think he was a good fit for this story. Don’t get me wrong he had an appealing voice just not for this book.
