Summary

One of the most common excuses for not going to the gym is that there just isn't enough time to fit in a workout. Now, a busy life needn't be a barrier to exercising! In this easy-to-follow book, fitness trainer Zen Martinoli shows you how you can get a great workout in a fraction of the time you would spend at the gym. What's more, the workouts in this book can be performed anywhere and at any time.

Brief, intense periods of activity will metabolise fat, increase levels of fitness and reduce stress levels. And with shorter workouts, the return on your investment is so much greater! This amazing and simple book is a must-have for those who want to keep fit but can't committ to spending hours in the gym. It is ideal for anyone travelling abroad who might not have access to gym facilities but wants to maintain their level of fitness while away. So get up and get moving - now there's no excuse!

Informative but...

This book has some useful information in it, although nothing that original. IMHO it's one of those books that should have stayed away from an audio version as the monotonous reading of tables and exercise routines/explainations is rather, well, monotonous. I suppose the inclusion of a pdf may have helped a little as it's the sort of book that you'd want to jump back and forth in - in audio format it's just too hard work.

Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
