I have a sneaking suspicion that this info should be being rammed down our throats but it doesn’t make the powers that be any money. I have started drinking more water and taking more salt and feel better for it!

I’d been struggling with chronic fatigue since around 2020. I’d tried many things to address it.. blood tests.. changed my HRT.. started TRT.. cut out red meat, dairy, bread etc.. take vitamins.. I was trying to exercise but couldn’t often due to the exhaustion.
What I discovered thanks to this book, was that the issue was simply drinking 1-2 diet sodas a day, and not enough plain water. I honestly had no idea diet soda could make you feel so unwell! It’s been 3 weeks.. weight has started dropping off me.. I have so much energy, mental clarity, improved mood. I can now exercise every day. It’s simply given me my life back. Now I just have 1-2 coffees or tea, with a min of 8 glasses a water a day, and will never.. ever touch another diet drink again!!

I can’t that the author of this book enough!
