About this listen

Congratulations, you are about to get younger!

Dr. Henry Lodge provides the science. Chris Crowley provides the motivation. And through their New York Times best-selling program, you’ll discover how to put off 70 percent of the normal problems of aging - weakness, sore joints, bad balance - and eliminate 50 percent of serious illness and injury. Plus, prominent Neurologist Allan Hamilton now explains how following “Harry’s Rules” for diet, exercise, and staying emotionally connected directly affects your brain - all the way down to the cellular level. The message is simple: Learn to train for the next third of your life, and you’ll have a ball.

Wow.. This was mind blowing and left me in awe.
Decay and growth.
This book so elequently condensed and made accessible the power of movement to the human body. Movement, connection and purpose.. All key ingredients whatever stage of life you are at.

Loved it.

As part of a movement to empower people to fall in love with moving their bodies and discovering what's possible when you go past existing (perceived) limits, this resonated with me soo much.
It has become a blueprint for my stand in the world.

Mobmve to grow

What an excellent book. Funny and yet deadly serious. The message is simple but expressed with great humour and backed up with sensible advice and proper medical information. Follow the advice and I'll see you in another 25 years!

This is one of those books you’ll listen to or read multiple times, each time taking away something else. The concept is simple - with the right attitude, work ethic and simple steps you can effectively be “younger next year” and mitigate some of the negative effects of growing older. Well written, good fun and well voiced.

Life changing!
