Summary

Alyssa Gardner went down the rabbit hole and took control of her destiny. She survived the battle for Wonderland and the battle for her heart. In this collection of three novellas, join Alyssa and her family as they look back at their memories of Wonderland.

In Six Impossible Things, Alyssa recalls the most precious moments of her life after Ensnared and the role magic plays in preserving the happiness of those she loves. In The Boy in the Web, Alyssa's mother reminisces about her own time in Wonderland and giving up the crown to rescue the man who would become her husband. And in The Moth in the Mirror, Morpheus delves into Jeb's memories of the events of Splintered.

Outstanding

After reading the first three books. I was excited to listen to this companion novel. I have never cried at a book like this in my life. The tears kept coming both happy and sad. It filled in so many gaps and questions. I absolutely loved it! One of my favourites so far.

By far my favourite

Seeing the characters develop further in this book just made them feel more real, without this book added to the series I wouldn't have felt like it was entirely finished, I needed to see the journey of each story to completion and now I have, great book.

Loved this whole collection!

I was devastated after the death and reliving but wow what a story of true heartache and love, rekindled and lost! This made me cry in multiple parts and I'm not one to cry over stories of this nature but what a fantastic lovely and at times super infuriating characters and boy what a guy Jeb was! I would love maybe a final book of an ancestor finding AL and her family... I fully enjoyed this series either way! Thank you so much it was lovely and shall stay in my library for a second read soon

Nothing extra to add

Apart from reinforcing the idea that Alyssa is extremely selfish and not a relatable character, this companion insists on talking about Jeb (who finally has something more to say but still is a flat character) we get too little about Morpheus. There are many underlying issues in this series like the obsession of the author with the heroine's virginity and the love triangle angle that is too clichéd and selfish to name a few.
If I was 16, I might have enjoyed it more but when I was 16 I also liked Twilight and disregarded its issues so you get the idea here.
