Summary

The Selection changed the lives of thirty-five girls forever. Now, only one will claim Prince Maxon's heart… It's swoon meets the Hunger Games in the third installment of The Selection series!

For the four girls who remain at the palace, the friendships they've formed, rivalries they've struggled with and dangers they've faced have bound them to each other for the rest of their lives. Now, the time has come for one winner to be chosen.

America never dreamed she would find herself anywhere close to the crown - or to Prince Maxon's heart. But as the competition approaches its end and the threats outside the palace walls grow more vicious, America realises just how much she stands to lose - and how hard she'll have to fight for the future she wants.

The breathtaking third title in The Selection series will make you swoon!

I found that this book was harder to put down than the others. We finally get to the end of the selection and America starts to realise her true feelings. However the process is not smooth at all. With the king disliking America's presence in the competition and determined to make it hard for her. Then with Aspen fighting for her, her uneasiness regarding her and Maxons feelings and with the southerners and northerners in the wings there is definitely a lot going on and difficult to put down. I found myself completely falling in love with the characters and was sad to see the end of some of them. Definitely a book I would recommend and plan on continuing in the series. Xx

My review

The reader didnt have any emotion in her voice and when the characters were shouting, she didnt shout. I love the story, its nice to listen to on the way to school. Maybe there could be sound affects with the guns and other things
