Easy listen, but the narrator is annoying

I wanted something to listen to for a long drive but god the Narrators over emphasis on lines can be a bit irritating. She sucks in a breath at nearly the end of every line and its just so unnecessary and annoying.

The story is okay, but I agree with other reviews that the main character just comes across bratty and rude. Just a bit too cliche...

I loved the previous books in the series but really struggled with this one. The main character is Maxon and America's eldest daughter, was hoping to love her as much as her parents. However I found her to be spoilt, selfish and extremely insensitive. I really struggled with the reading at first and wanted her to grow up and stop being selfish.

However she did grow on me and started to find that she was nice at times. By the end of the book i wanted to fall in love and discover more about the guys in the selection. Definitely continuing in the series especially as the book ends with me left with too many questions of what happens next.

A book I would recommend, but advise that you don't give up with the book especially when you are introduced to the main character in the beginning. xxx

Fun time

It’s a fun time; and it’s a fun read too. I enjoy the story and all of its characters. I actually prefer Edlyn to her mom in the previous books, even though I can understand if some readers find the protagonist annoying. Also, I prefer Britney Preesiley,s narration; I think her narration is better suited to the story than the narration in the previous Sellection books.

didn't like the ending! I wasn't ready for it!

I seriously need an epilogue for this book! Eidlyn is hard to love, but reedemed herself in the end.... I just wish we knew what came out of it.
