Summary
Podkin is the son of a warrior chieftain. He knows that one day it will be up to him to lead his warren and guard it in times of danger. But for now he's quite happy to laze around. Then Podkin's home is brutally attacked, and the young rabbits are forced to flee. With danger all around them, Podkin must protect his family and attempt to defeat the most horrifying enemy rabbitkind has ever known.

A great first book!
Great first book, really looking forward to the next one! I am almost 9 and highly recommend this book for kids my age. I loved being transported to a new world full of rabbits and warrens tied up with a touch of magic.

Love it great ending middle and start
Loved it we were doing this book at school so I got it in audible I love very second of and and the last chapter is very nice highly recommend it to 9-14 year olds so good
