Beautifully delivered, totally relaxing

Take a few minutes out of your hectic schedule, plug yourself in and just allow this guided relaxation to wash over you. It totally refreshes and relaxes. Her voice speaks directly to your tense, pent up areas and they just smooth themselves out. A perfect length of time to refresh your body and mind.

Beautifully done but not the best for everyone

I love the voice, music and how quick and effective this is to listen to. It was spoilt a bit for me by the last sentence about trusting that whatever you have been guided towards is exactly what you need, which jarred me out of my restful state. This is well done enough to at least give a try and see how it works for you.

Perfect

I wanted to try meditation and self awareness for a while but I couldn't focus on my breathing techniques. First try with this short podcast and I think it was the best experience.

This is absolutely lovely. Perfect pitch and tone to Gabby's voice for this. It is a simple, brief yoga nidra practice that really gets you relaxed for sleep.

Beautifully calming

Gabby, as always , has a presence that is calming and grounding. This meditation focuses on the whole body which distracts the mind from wandering...the music is a perfect combination of singing bowels and soothing sounds. Love this.

Free. Still a no thank you very much.

7 minutes of meditation? I think not. But it was free, so who cares? Recording scratchy. Would keep one awake with annoying sound and narration. Thanks to Audible I appreciate their determination.

Over rated

I’ve appreciated some of Gabby’s book but this felt like it was trying to hard. I got agitated instead of relaxed.

I'm Just Glad I Didn't Have to Pay For This

Gabby's soothing voice is the only thing I liked about this meditation. The focusing on and relaxing different body parts got kind of weird and dragged on. It also felt like it should be leading to something, but never quite got there. Then it was over. I won't be repeating this one. Which is a bummer because I usually love Gabby's meditations.
