The. Best I have found.

Sue has clearly taken the time to develop a way of explaining poses and transitions in a way others cant even come close on. I am blind so can’t see the reference material, even having never seen the poses and never been to a class I am confident through her instruction that I am doing them correctly and the difference has been life changing. Firstly the physical. Yoga has in 5 weeks got me back to a good level of fitness after a serious illness meant I couldn’t walk for almost a year. Psychologically though it has been a miracle. I am confronting emotions I have long hidden from, it hurts and its hard work but Sue is like a friend through the journey. Even better than a friend as I know she can’t see me so I feel completely comfortable letting emotions out without explanation or judgement. Its been a pleasure to start feeling something again after a very difficult 10 years and its almost entirely down to the Yoga 2 hear and Sue Fuller series of Yoga classes.

Excellent and clear

This is my second CD from Sue Fuller and, again, her instructions are clear and easy to follow and her voice is so calm.. The way the CD is graduated to help me move forward is a big help also; depending on how I'm feeling I can move back and forth through the chapters. I'd recommend it for anyone.

Great for those moving from beginner yoga level!

This has helped me develop the postures and strengthen the poses. Getting ready for the intermediate yoga level. Sue is gentle in her guidance and the music is calming. Love Sue Fullers yoga instruction!
