Best Beginners Guide!

Oh my! I can listen to this all day and do the poses while I’m at it. Now I’m beginning to find audiobooks very convenient. And I’m finding myself being attached to yoga now.

Fantastic book

This is an excellent book for a stiff beginner such as myself. It explains each pose carefully and indicates why it is good for your body. I have found it to be very inspiring, and use many of the poses daily. I highly recommend it!

I saw a great article about a woman’s remarkable healing through yoga and I just couldn’t stop myself from checking her out and yoga. Think this one is one tough yoga guide as it has explained any beginner learner wants to know. The poses sounds creative and healthy.

Helpful guide!

This book touches on all the benefits of yoga. How it reduces stress, alleviates lower back pain, and improves balance. It has the feel of an instructional guide that you would get from a yoga teacher after a class, for if you want to learn more. It gave me all the necessary basics that I needed to know. And I also downloaded the colorful illustrations, a great help compared to other audiobooks that I listened to!

Very informative and definitely great on the poses. Narrator has a clear and warm voice. Really helped as I followed the instructions to move in and out of a pose. Good one. Truly a gem of an audiobook, well worth the listen.

YOGA!!

The narrator speaks clearly and Yoga for Beginners has great tips for yoga beginners like myself. Gives you great instructions on poses, some advice on eating, and how to get excited about doing yoga. Definitely a great listen if your wanting to start.

Well written!!

I prefer this compared to the other audiobook I’ve listened. I finished this in one sitting and tried the poses. Felt great after doing so! Will be looking forward to this every now and then.

Yoga for Beginners

I bought this for my mom to help her with her yoga and she said that it really seemed to help her 20 minute workout. I think that this book can be used for the beginner or the experienced. Get this book and try it out for yourself and improve your yoga routine.
