It is a comprehensive and yet simple book, that opens up the practice of yoga Nidra, for you to experience for yourself. What I really love about the audio book, is that in it you can experience yoga Nidra via the recorded practices. And you can choose the narration as they both voice each practice, I loved that, the narration is brilliant too!

I stopped listening, although the content was good the narration.was a bit annoying and I couldn't continue. a pity
