Mrs Miranda Melanie!!! Your First book….. never would have guessed! I loved the slow burn of this , watching both characters slowly learning to love again, overcoming their own struggles and insecurities, this was so realistic and relatable. I absolutely adore the found family that our girl autumn has! They are the best side characters ever!! Can I take a second to talk about the dreamy, steamy, swoon worthy MMC Miles!!! Be-still my beating heart! He is hubby material with all the green flags flapping away!
The narrator’s done an absolutely amazing job, they really brought the characters to life and portrayed every single emotion that our MC’s were going through superbly . I thoroughly enjoyed this from start to finish!

I loved every second of this story. Autumn was such a good character and I was absolutely obsessed with her friendship group and would love to read their stories.
Miles was the cutest cinnamon roll MMC I was utterly smitten from the very beginning.

I loved everything about the slow burn pining we get between Autumn and Miles. It made the moment they finally gave into to their feelings all the more satisfying.

I think that Dani and Robb were the perfect Autumn and Miles. Together they really brought the story to life and had me utterly enthralled from the very first second of the book and the duet narration was the icing on the cake.

I enjoyed this book immensely, and to learn it was Miranda Melanie’s debut novel impressed me even more. She is a I enjoyed this book immensely, and to learn it was Miranda Melanie’s debut novel impressed me even more. She is a gifted author with a wonderful writing style, and she created fabulous characters and storylines, ones that are realistic and relatable. The story hooked me right from the start and captivated my attention straight to the end. I adored the two lead characters, Autumn Owens and Miles Cress, and was rooting for them every step of the way. Miles is Autumn’s ex-boyfriend’s brother, but Miles was always kind to her even when she was struggling and needed a place to stay, though his new girlfriend did not take too kindly to her. Fast forward six years, newly divorced Miles, is back in town and is happy to see Autumn. These two clicked, and it was great watching them spend time together and see their relationship morph into something more. Some had a problem with this, and it wasn’t only her ex, his brother. This wonderfully plotted, multi-layered story has the perfect balance of drama, a touch of angst, witty dialogue, heartwarming moments, heartfelt emotions and a slow burn but so worth the wait romance. The character growth and development are fantastic, as is the world building. Miranda Melanie, thank you for this fabulous story and emotional rollercoaster ride.

🎧📚🎧 Dani Staro and Robb Moreira were the perfect cast to bring these characters to life and did so with a complete understanding of who they were portraying. I loved how they took each role and made it their own, sounding believable and just as I imagined the characters to sound. Staro nailed it as Autumn, grasping every aspect of her personality, from her insecurities to her strengths and determination. Moreira did the same for Miles and was just as amazing, embodying his personality completely. Both were fantastic at performing the roles of the side/secondary characters, giving each their own distinct voice, making it easy to tell who was who. They set the ideal tone for the story, conveyed all the characters’ emotions in their performance, making you feel each one. These two make a fabulous team, with voices and talent that complement each other and a captivating performance that hooks you to the story. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to.
