Great value!

Lovely to have Natalie Goldberg have a course in my earphones, to partake in the exercises and hear the audience participation. OK, it was recorded a long time ago, but get over not having HD quality audio, and this is a gem of a listen.

Nuggets of wisdom, dreadful delivery

Lots of useful tips but her voice grates and is painfully annoying. I did get to the end.
