Rich Linville has successfully managed to summarized WW2 in a 17 min audiobook - in a way suitable for both kids and adults.
from the underlying events, through the conflicts themselves, to the results, the main aspects of war (political, economic and societal) are discussed. I will definitely use it to support my kid's history class
