Great easy listen.

I really enjoyed listening to this book, the narrator did a fantastic job. The book itself was inspiring and easy to listen to. Jim told us about his struggles and he overcome them to be able to get into the shape he wanted. I liked it where there wasn't too much technical and scientific jargon (I say jargon loosely as I know it's important to know that as well), and for someone that thinks fitness and nutrition is for the minority like myself it was good to know that this book is suited to everybody and any age or ability.

Totes amazballs

Fantastic book from start to finish, Brian breaks down this book into lay mans terms. Finished this book in one day, couldn’t put it down. You can relate this book to all aspects of life, the mindset section in particular is brilliant, some amazing life hacks in there. Highly recommend this book.

Excellent, Powerful Motivational Strategies

This is a gem of a book. Powerful yet easy-to-execute strategies explained in a straightforward way. Utterly unpretentious, unlike some motivational books out there. Instead of promising great results for little work, Jim makes it clear that those results ARE possible only with consistent discipline. What is wonderful about this book is that it offers the effective strategies for the absolute self-empowerment needed to gain this consistent discipline. Worth far, far more than the modest price tag. I'm ready to go for it, Jim!

Great book with awesome narration!!!

Incredibly helpful and informative book. I am almost a year postop and this book has provided great tips and tools to help me succeed on my weight loss journey.
the narrator was great. most of the audible stories seem to have not so great narrators. this narrator was very engaging and lively. I felt like she was just talking and not reading.

ZERO added value

I purchased this audible only based on the good reviews but I got nothing but repeated general information about why it’s good to exercise!!

Get Motivated!

As a personal trainer, I really enjoyed reading this book and was hoping for some motivation that I could bring to my clients. James Atkinson really knows his stuff and he just seems like he really wants people to succeed. I'm excited to use his methods in my own personal life to motivate myself and others around me.
