So many tips for weight loss. Valuable details on side effects, eating habits, etc. Hypnosis section is something I play every night. It gave me mindset to hit weight loss goals and improve fitness.

Weight loss affirmations for women

This audiobook is not just about workout affirmations. Got some results with weight loss. Highly recommend this book for women who want to lose weight.

Of course, workout affirmations helped. I'm still hitting the gym, but I like the weight loss affirmations and healthy eating affirmations very much.

Helped to get rid of bad eating patterns

Even if this is a workout affirmations book, I like the hypnosis section, which contain affirmations for overall health.
Listening to hypnosis seems to change and influence the way I chose and take food. Now I think twice when selecting food while shopping. Now I plan my meals properly.
Of course, still hitting the gym every day, but I like how this book helped turned my habits to positive ones.

Awesome affirmations with energetic music

Tried few workout books earlier, but this one has best affirmations and energetic music.

Not what expected

This was a collection of items assembled. How frustrating to hear the occasional "sneak peek".. several times. No markers or chapter headers, so I installed the entire book and have trouble finding specific topics.

Wakeup with positive thoughts

I am bit Brain washed by the hypnosis. I wake up with positive mindset and energy. It gives drive to run harder in the morning and workout in the evening.
