Summary

Still struggling with the effects of having ADHD?

Do you...

  • Often feel as if life is out of control and that it’s impossible to meet demands?
  • Feel overwhelmed in stores, at the office, or at parties? Is it impossible for you to shut out sounds and distractions that don’t bother others?
  • Often shut down in the middle of the day, feeling assaulted? Do requests for “one more thing” put you over the top emotionally?
  • Have trouble balancing your checkbook?
  • Feel like you’re always at one end of a deregulated activity spectrum - either a couch potato or a tornado?
  • Feel that you have better ideas than other people but are unable to organize them or act on them?
  • Start each day determined to get organized, and end each day feeling defeated?
  • Despair of ever fulfilling your potential and meeting your goals?

Don’t let ADHD symptoms hold you back. Gain the skills you need to achieve your goals with help from this book.

Women are as likely as men to have ADHD, and the latest research suggests that ADHD in women causes even greater emotional turmoil. Despite widespread improvements in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, some professionals still may harbor the belief that attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is something that primarily affects boys and men - not girls and women. Consequently, women with ADHD are more likely than men to go undiagnosed (or misdiagnosed), and less likely to receive appropriate treatment.

Here's a little sneak preview of what you’ll get:

  • The 15 most effective methods for coping with ADHD
  • Six executive function strategies that really work for people with ADHD
  • How to stop losing things
  • The common signs you need to know
  • What happens to women with ADHD left undiagnosed
  • Gender differences in ADHD: Why women struggle more
  • ADHD and relationships
  • ADHD and sleep problems
  • ADHD and emotional dysregulation
  • Effects of ADHD on sexuality
  • Best jobs for women with ADHD
  • How to improve focus in women with ADHD
  • Life-management tools for women with ADHD

What’s holding you back?

“I’m afraid of really hearing the truth.”

My book is designed with you in mind, and all of the information is delivered to you in a loving, gentle manner. You will never be put down by me; you will feel confident and supported!

“I’m not ready to do anything just yet. I’ll get it when I’m ready to take action.”

This book doesn’t force you to do anything you’re not ready to do. You have all the time in the world to complete it, and you do it on your terms and at your speed

It's time to change your life! Learn how to turn your fear and self-doubt into confidence and self-love.

Good content, shame about the reader

The narrator sounds like a robot. It honestly doesn’t sound like a real human is reading it. However the content was useful so I stuck with it, but it was painful to listen to!

the best best book oon adhd for either genders

read by someone with adhd i didnt get bored of it. ofc i heared it in x2 speed but .. all the information it has doesnt get too boring and gets right to the point. and is actually stuff that i didnt know and found usefull about adhd in such an organised matter
one of main strengths is to show u how to manage ur time and the best ways out there for adhd pepple to be aware of time and be productive

i wish it had gone more into the brain chemistry tho and the food chemistry. like what to eat to help adhd but ig it had gone a little bit of it

overall it was one of my best reads and made me more organised and happy with my adhd thank u so much whoever u are for all the efforts in writing this book and making it so prefect.
and you
yes u person w adhd. or (suspecting)
you
must
read
it

Narrating is impossible to listen to

It sounds like an AI robot is narrating this, with absolutely unnatural mid sentence pauses and redundant emphasis at a speed about a third slower than regular reading speed. It's so incredibly distracting I can't even listen to this.

Robot reader unlistenable + fake reviews

Absolutely impossible to pay attention to the computer reading the book. I tried. And I can't help but wonder why 50/53 reviews are generic 5-stars from male names for a book specifically directed towards women w ADHD. Don't waste your credits.

Good content but hard to follow

The content has been great there's a lot of valuable info. the problem is listening to a very monotone and staccato voice. anyone without ADHD will struggle but with ADHD, it's nearly impossible to listen and stay focused. I love listening to my books. Usually there is some fluctuation and mix of intensity. With this book I find myself jumping to chapters to get through it quicker.

YAWN

The narration is pretty awful. This is probably the one audiobook I’d rather just read.
