Wonderful book

This book was extremely helpful for me and my bout with anxiety and worry. I intend on practicing the mindfulness meditations outlined in the book daily. The breathing technique has already proven effective when I get worked up or my anxiety kicks in. Daily practice is going to be the key for me. I look forward to more mindful and present thoughts ripe with peace and less worry.

Now I Focus on Solutions

I have not finished the book yet but I've been helped already. I've been told I overthink and I've realized that I do not have obsessive thoughts or bipolar disorder as I've been told, I simply think too much. I come from a long line of worriers and I suppose that is why I do it. This book gave me valuable insight and now I cut the thoughts off and focus on solutions rather than ruminations.

Clear instructions.

I found much advice about overthinking. I have learned so many things about myself and this problem and am at last hopeful of making some positive changes in my life. I especially like the approach Discover Fast Success Habits. It was evidenced in the results I experienced. Still, the book is good with a lot of basic information.

Overcoming Social Anxiety

The most valuable part of this book is the toolbox and all the exercises that create opportunities for meaningful self-reflection. I understand the root causes of my anxiety in different social situations now and have begun to use the tools the author suggests on a regular basis. Starting to see real results, which is encouraging. I highly recommend this book.

Can’t listen long

I couldn’t listen because the reading voice is broken & robotic. It’s almost like those really bad YouTube videos with the robotic voices. I couldn’t even enjoy the content.

One giant run on sentence

Narrator mispronounced so many words. As English may not have been her native language? The whole thing sounded like it was a run on sentence with no punctuation. I couldn't finish it.

Tips for Effortless Overthinking

I don't know why it is titled : "Women who think too much". I think the book is relevant to both men and women.
I am really glad to have read this book.. it doesn't really answer all questions, but it gives good advises to beat overthinking..
I am sure, I shall read it again some time soon.

Great self help for our times

The author brought many key points that changed the way I see life. The big theme is to embrace change and embrace life's uncertainties. Many of us get caught up in feeling sorry for ourselves and the internal chatter that focuses on our misery and failures. This book teaches methods for dealing with life that aren't the typical "change your thoughts, change your life" mantra many self help books teach. If you're open to change you will like this book and the author's approach. The part I loved most was toward the beginning, where he tells us we have to establish who we are and what we want in order to be happy. Many of us work hard jobs just to do what society thinks we should. This isn't for everyone and that's ok.

Easy listen that stop your OVER THINKING

Loved listening this book, it had a lot of very eye opening points. I was recommended this book by a friend, and I in-turn bought two more for friends. I liked that this book wasn't jam packed with words top to bottom (doesn't take years to read), instead it had a lot of bold statements that open your eyes and make you reflect on your current life. I personally got a lot of information from this book and I like that it was BS free. Thank you.

Best book I've listen in a while

Best book I've listen in a while. The advise given here is very powerful and helps me cut through the voice in my head. For the past six months I have been a a hell of a rut. I've struggled with depression and have never felt more mediocre or weak. I've tried to work my way out of it, but it never seems to do any use. The voice in my head continually drags down my spirits and potential. I've only been studying this book for a few days, but it has really helped me cut through this inner voice. If you find yourself thinking your not good enough, have feelings of doubt and inferiority, this book will help you cut through those useless thoughts and assist you in becoming a active participant in your own life!
