Different

A wolf shifter clan that can't shift. An unconventional bond and more than one mate. Wolf's whisper breaks all the rules.

Akira has been chosen as the one in her clan to free her wolf. Every 7 years one member is gifted with being able to free their wolf. The problem is the Winter Stone is missing and she needs to find it. When she sets out on her journey she doesn't know the key to finding her freedom could be in someone else's pack. When she finds her mates a new conflict is born. This is a love triangle story between Akira and a set of twins (One female and one male.)

A. Williams reads this story beautifully in a unique tale.

ARC. My review is honest and my own.

New take...

I really enjoyed the concept of shifters that can't shift, it's a great idea for a different take on the genre.

I did find the narrators voice sounded very girlish, which meant I was constantly reminding myself that this wasn't supposed to be a YA book, and I prefer more heat, though this didn't detract from the story

Good read

I really enjoy this, it’s a unique story. We meet Akira, her two mates, and their friends. All the characters introduced have been quite entertaining. The story grabs you in from the beginning. There’s action, humour, sadness, and frustration. I highly recommend it.

Good book

Action packed story that has a different take on shifters. The story has a good dose of romance and the characters are well done.

Undecided

The book was long winded, slow in places. For example, a goal was set but didn’t even get close to competition. Granted it worked out in the end but there wasn’t any or not much substance through out the book. The characters seemed child like and I couldn’t relate to any of them. I do however think the book has potential, it just needs a lot more attention to the story line.

Simple

I was not able to get through this book, it sounds like it's being read by a lispy pre-teen (sorry, truth) and the writing goes along the same path. It was simple, the main character is an idiot and the story didn't dig it's claws in.

it's okay

It is an okay story with pretty good characters. The narrator made the characters sound a little too young and immature. I'm still trying to get through it.

Good Storyline

l really liked this adventure, the woives, the well written fight scenes and the characters. l want to know more about the missing emblem and the group's future endeavours so l will be following this series.
l can recommend this book for anyone as there is only female to female attraction, no sex scenes.
The narration was done with a real cute voice, l liked it.

i couldn't finish it

I won't give anything away since I don't like it when people do. However, it's labeled s lesbian paranormal and I do not think that fits at all.
The narrator is more the c reason I couldn't finish it. when one of the main characters, a late twenties female shifter sounds like a little kid it's a bit creepy.
Those who like polygamy and the like will probably enjoy this book if you can handle the narrators annoying vpices.

Different

This story is so unique, love how the author has the shifters not being able to shift without a relic. So much action and emotions go through this book that you will be surprised once you finish it. I love the main character she is confident, sassy and brave. I can not wait to see what is in store for Akira!
