Things only get weirder when the gargoyle statue she's been messing with for months turns into a man. A hot man. And Ronun's not a fan of Kelly's...at all. But...dayum. He's so fine even Hollow House seems to like him.

Whatever. Kelly has far more important things to focus on - such as finding her family's missing spell book so she can figure out how to rein in the uncontrollable Hollow House, impress her dubious boss, and break the curse that turns Ronun to stone for half the day.

This is a great start to a new series. Kelly inherits a sentient house, the fun starts, when she finds out that the Gargoyle she has been decorating for the past year can turn into a man it only gets better. This is a funny read with great characters. The narration is excellent

really did not enjoy this. I'm not a prude but I found myself skipping through large chunks of bedroom behaviour and I found the narrator hard going so I gave up

I'm sure it's okay for many people. Just not to my taste.
