Perfect for a car journey with 5 and 6 year old

Whole family enjoyed this dramatised version of these classic Winnie the Pooh stories. Happily listened twice through on our long car journey last week. Piglet and Eeyore (Jane Horrocks and Geoffrey Palmer) were our favourite character voices, be warned Tigger is very loud (as one might expect)! I will most definitely be downloading the other Pooh recordings by this cast for our next long car journey.

Instant favourite

My 3-and-a-half year-old daughter is a fan of the various Winnie the Pooh film and TV properties. So when I was looking for some new, and slightly more grown up, audio books to add to her library of 'quiet time' listening these seemed like a good bet.

We weren't disappointed. She loves them and with such classic stories and a truly top notch voice cast why wouldn't she?

I have purchased three of the collections so far and they have been the only requests since.

A lovely production and well worth a purchase.

Wonderful, even as an adult

Absolute classic, listened to it many times now and it calms me down and makes me smile every time. You can sit and get lost in these books very easily with the dramatised versions. Who wouldn't recommend Whinnie the Pooh?

Excellent

I am in my 50s and the child in side loves Winnie the pooh and his friends. Never to old to smile and receive a hug from a old classic.

Profiteering. Don't buy this one!

The only Winnie the Pooh books required are:
Winnie the Pooh and Winnie the Pooh: The House at Pooh Corner.
There are four other dramatised books for sale (Pooh Goes Visiting, Tigger Comes to the Forest, Pooh Invents a New Game & Piglet Meets a Heffalump) which have a few stories stolen from the main two books and I conclude are only for profiteering.
DON'T BUY THEM!
The performance and story are great and bought a tear to my eye, but I shall be after a refund for the four unnecessary ones.

Brilliant!

My (nearly 3) daughter adores these stories and so do I! She asks to listen to them time after time. Great dramatisation.

Happy days

Any additional comments?

I brought this so I could listen to it with my 4 month old daughter. I find the bit size stories are great to keep her entertained for short spells and of course she loves the 'poo song'.
