Winnie the Pooh may be a bear of very little brain, but thanks to his friends, Piglet, Eeyore, and of course Christopher Robin, he’s never far from an adventure. In this story Pooh gets into a tight place, nearly catches a Woozle, and heads off on an ‘expotition’ to the North Pole with the other animals.

In this stunning audio edition of Winnie the Pooh, A. A. Milne’s world-famous story is once again brought to life. Heart-warming and funny, Milne’s masterpiece reflects the power of a child’s imagination like no other story before or since. This charming audio edition is the ideal gift book for children of five to 55.

Bernard Cribbins is a masterful storyteller, bringing A.A. Milne's charming classic to life and giving each character their own unique voice and personality. Perfect for children and adults who read these tales when they were younger.

Magical storytelling

It's so important that the stories not be abridged - and these are not. Bernard Cribbins's overall narration is excellent- though I did find Piglet a bit too shrill, and some of the others too exaggerated. But I am 78 with memories of being read to a thousand years ago. I'm sure a much younger audience would love the characters' voices exactly as Cribbins does them - and he does know a thing or two about reading stories to children!

A timeless story, well read with great characterisation- my favourite was Piglet. I laughed out loud at these gentle but very funny stories.

Bernard Cribbins is the best!
