Brilliant
It works. I sleep well when this on, so do my dogs and at moment litter of puppies sleep like a lot when winter blizzard plays!

Effective - relaxes and calms my mind
I've been listening to these tracks every night for a week and it's definitely been helping me feel relaxed, fall and stay asleep.
It's also been useful for focusing on work and study and cancelling off noises on the environment.

Should be free
This should be given away for free, it’s completely useless,it has no Ffestiniog whatsoever. I have two other books with similar claims but they actually work, I only bought this for a change. I’m thoroughly disappointed with every aspect of this purchase. This is the first disappointment I had from audible, I’ve been a member for years and have had nothing but perfection from Audible. My advice to potential buyers is don’t spend your credits/ money
