A Good Sleep Aid book for improving myself. Given the long run, I bought this audiobook, a great start for me because It is just a white noise book and I will wait for the next book. Hopefully soon.

First off, let me just say that the white noise itself is good! However, the constant interruption from the author is more than annoying for a sleep aid! I think he must really feel the need to make sure everyone knows who he is! The best thing about the book is reading the very obviously fake reviews!

I loved everything about this Steady Sound Sleep Aid book. Recommend for a change of style. I used to experience this on a daily with the Basics to Understand white Noise for Baby, I gained so much clarity from this audiobook and the author also recommends this book to anyone!!
