Summary

Really Enjoyed
I found this really interesting and at times made me laugh as the characters are witty.
I went from just going to check out a few mins to listening for 6 hours straight.
I'm definitely going to buy the other books in the series.
Well worth it.

Good listening
Good listening gets past the gun descriptions quite quickly and the story unfolds allowing a maybe reality to happen. Overall good zombie read. For a British take I recommend R.R.Haywood

No imagination
I stopped listening around chapter 20. This book is basic at best. There is no one interesting character so even when someone died there was no feeling to it because you had no connection to the person.

narrator not doing it for me
I'm sure it's a great story, but I just can't with the narrator. he seems to make these sort of breathy chuckles at weird moments and it's really off putting. shame

The later were poor though I'd try the 1st
Sounds like a child is reading this and gets excited reading the car and gun names. All in all a terrible zombie book like the later ones. Shallow characters and plot lines, centred on a dislikeable fool with an over inflated ego. I think the reader just made the main character worse. Maybe suited to the under 16s.
