The audiobooks of the Lost Boy series by Jessie Walker has been a long time coming. LONG LONG TIME. And now it’s finally here. The avid audiobook listener in me is over the moon!

The performance by Michael Gallagher and Nick J. Russo is fantastic! Stunning. Will and Way finally coming to life! And erm… Mason! Have I mentioned Mason’s voice? Eeek. Oh, and Shawn, Jeremy…? [insert melting emoji]

And look. Sometimes with the books as beloved as these, it’s a brave call to create an audio version, because there’ll always be folk who would have heard the voices differently in their heads when reading. But Nick and Michael? For me? They are perfect to voice out our beloved boys.

Big congratulations to Jessie, the narrators and the whole production team.

I rarely leave reviews because I'm always eager to start the next book on my TBR. BUT...this one...it's just so good. I absolutely loved it.

I even had to buy it on kindle, just so I could go through it again at my own pace. I'm very tempted to get the next one on kindle just because I don't think I can wait until September.

I'm so obsessed, it's the just the right side of painful and I'm here for it! Love, love, love.
