Summary

While these same moms pressure their daughters to lose weight, the daughter protects herself by either becoming chubby to repel her stepfather or anorexic in order to escape through death.
Liberal moms are often permissive parents, who pretend to be open minded, but are actually controlling about food and sex. Conservative and morally-centered women who become widowed or divorced, do not date again until their daughters are adults because they are protective of their children. Liberal moms are also aware of male sexuality - but manipulate it for their own benefit.
