Strong writing, world, and nobody was annoyingly perfect or just plain annoying.
Could definitely see possibilities for this series and other series in the world.

One of the best book of this genre I have read

The story is an excellent starter to this series and my first from this author. Cat and Jaks come from different worlds but their connection is instant. However, that’s where the problems start.

I will definitely move onto the next book.
