Great book for property beginners

This audiobook is so unpolished it is embarrassing. Throughout the book, you can hear the author muck up a section and then Re-record the section. Multiple times. The amount of times you hear the author say that you need to act with diligence in property deals but applies none of that to his editing of an audio book, makes the listening question the professionalism of the speaker.
I came to this book as a recommendation from Samuel Leeds and he even enforces the author in the foreword - but I wouldn’t be happy with the presentation if I was him.
If you can get past the very amateurish recording and editing then the content is very good and was good enough for me to excuse the very poor presentation.
