Thoughtful and Practical

I’m an ADHD mom with ADHD kids. I didn’t know I was ADHD until after my kids were diagnosed. A lifetime of struggle became clear. From the perspective of an undiagnosed child going through life to a parent of ADHD kiddos, I found this spot on and insightful in so many ways. It’s improved my life and my children’s lives with connection and understanding. Life’s not perfect and we continue our struggles, but we come through in a better way and have focus forward.

So helpful!

I’ve struggle for years trying to get my hands around the ‘whys’ of my daughter’s behaviour. This book has given me a deeper understanding of what is actually happening in the household and structure to constructively deal with the challenges.

life changing

This book offered great insight into how to handle anyone who is struggling with ADHD! It completely changed my thought process on how to handle my son and family members. My only regret is not reading/listening to it sooner to be a better parent.
