Fascinating

A really interesting listen - I only wish it could be made into a book. Temple-Raston manages to make complex material accessible to all. Everyone should know about the teenage brain, especially those involved in education, criminology and adolescent mental health.

Review

This made me think twice on how my kids must look at life and how hard it is for them in today society. The knowledge this audio gives you is fantastic and give you different angels on how the brain works. I will try to bring up my kids that little bit differently how I would normally do and to look more into each kids mind set when having out bursts or why they doing what they are doing out of the ordinary.

Helpful for those wondering how our minds work

I wasn't sure this book was for me at first, but I started to listen to it and I am sure I need to listen to it a few more times. It is very interesting for those open to understanding more on our minds and how they work but also how our minds develop and change.
Well worth a listen without distractions.

Insightful

Great topics raised and so insightful. Some really important aspects of teen life being discussed and importantly for today's teens. The rise of social media as an influence in teen thinking is particularly vital when discussing their actions. To hear some of the stories of people now they are older and how their lives have been changed by a decision they made in their teens is valuable information for teens to hear.

A++++++ 5*

As a mum of 3 adolescent boys, this should be REQUIRED LISTENING.

Prompted me to call my struggling monster and he came over for a visit. Very helpful indeed.

learned so much.

I was intrigued to learn just how much the brain changes over time and how it can be trained to alter ones impulses.
