Food for Thought

It was easy to listen to. I got through it in just over an hour. Really useful information to get into the right mindset for weight loss. Only criticism is at the start of the book she says diets don't work then spoke about dieting later on. Diets can work but you can't go back to eating the way you did before the diet. Good book. I would recommend it.

Pointless

She may as we’ll have said ‘if you want to lose weight, eat less’

Might be designed for morbidly obese Americans. But no use for a marginally over weight Brit.

Weight loss guide

highly suggested

The recipes are easy, yet an improvement over my basic Keto go-to meals. I find that many of the other books I’ve purchased have recipes that require more unique ingredients that I don’t have on hand and can’t always find at our regular grocery store.

Reduce your weight

Excellent book

Excellent recipes! What a great book, well with the money. Her before/after pictures are inspiration alone. It’s packed with many seemingly easy recipes, many of which I already have the ingredients.
