Very dodgy advice with reference to sugar intake.

I hated it. Skipped most chapters. Why would I smoothie lovely fruit. My body can break fruit down without a blender and I can miss the heartburn. The levels of sugar advocated aren't healthy. 25g of sugar would be a good goal. Most of the stuff here won't keep you within 50g or some even 75g. The title of the book is weight loss motivation. Much of the content is not irrelevant to this aim.

A fresh breeze of truth

Aside from the motivation and encouragement that this sympathetic author shows to those who are trying to lose weight, there is the research factors and the helpful tips that made me feel even better. Weight loss is possible! And this book makes that very clear.

Delivers

Although I am always skeptical of glowing 5 star reviews, I took the chance to try this book myself and tested its validity, and I have to say that it did not disappoint. Many weight loss tips are laid out in a clear way, and I love it. Thanks author!

Lose weight!

I loved the information in this book. It doesn't beat around the bush and it really takes the weight loss game up a notch. What a gem of a book! Well done! 3 hours of learning more about my body and how to become a little thinner with natural methods.

This book contains a lot

I just a few hours, the author goes over so many aspects that contribute to weight loss that the cover doesn't do his expertise on the topic justice. (But it's funny nonetheless).

The honest truth is what you get in this manual, not a bunch of sugercoated nonsense about how easy it is. It's top notch quality writing and the organization and structure of the information makes more sense than a monkey going after a banana.

Do yourself a favor. Skip all those fad diets and just get this book.

Thought this one was nice

Perfect book if you ask me. All the elements of weight loss are in here. The programs they mention, the foods to eat, the motivation you can learn from... all great. Good stuff.

Enjoyable

Fun image but interesting content

I don't know if you realize it, but this is 3 hours of straight up truths about losing weight. The author doesn't beat around the bush and gets straight to the most effective methods. America has a huge problem (pun intended), and it needs to be solved. Books like this help people become less obese and take back their life.

You should get this

When you want to skip all the terrible stupid books that just parrot everybody else's ideas about weight loss, you end up with this book and find yourself overwhelmed by the authenticity of its information. Nice job.

Recipes and water

I didn’t find this book motivational at all. There were chapters of recipes, which is not what I was looking for. Seemed regurgitated from various other texts. I would not recommend this as an audiobook…and not really as a regular book unless you want to get the recipes.
