Love it! It's kind of changed my daily life .

The science is straightforward and the manner in which he clarifies it is natural! I haven't gotten to the systems yet, however, I can see that his clarification of the science is very much upheld up. I've heard some of it previously, however, I like how he clarifies it in a non-deigning and seeing the way, and I'm anticipating rolling out a couple of improvements to my way of life to check whether it assists with long haul weight control and by and large wellbeing!

Excellent comprehensive discussion of improving eating, movement, sleep and stress. I have had the most success with losing and maintaining my weight than ever before. This program is fabulous.

This is a brilliant book with supportive and even groundbreaking thoughts - I exceptionally prescribe this book to anybody hoping to roll out an enduring improvement in their wellbeing and feel better while doing it! This is an excellent book that will transform you. I purchased this book the day it turned out. I would not like to clarify an audit after simply listening to the book. I have been battling for quite a long time attempting to get in shape. While listening to the book was pleasant, the genuine test is in applying the standards.

This book is stunning.

This book is stunning. It's all around disclosed and enjoyable to tune in. In particular, is that his thoughts truly work. You need to retrain your mind for enduring achievement in anything and this book demonstrates to you how. It's fun, straightforward, and enabling. I just pigeon directly in and I lost a beat on my first day with my new little propensities. I need to do this for an incredible remainder. Everybody ought to listen to this book.

Finally!

I started implementing small changes while listening the book, and it took no effort at all. I'm taking it slow and not depriving myself at all. My overall goal is living a healthy lifestyle. Weight loss just happens to be a byproduct. I've lost some weight and clothes are definitely looser. I've been recommending this book to people who want to lose weight because it's full of very important information about how the mind and body work.

Life changing strategy

Finally, someone writes about the real issues in losing weight. It's relatively easy to lose weight, but it is extremely difficult to keep it off. Ask me how I know that! As author points out, this is because we have not really changed our mindset. It becomes a constant battle within ourselves and we continue to feel deprived. Eventually, we gain it all back plus some. This book gives us the tools to change our lives and quit this vicious cycle.

Real strategy!

This book is amazing. It's well explained and fun to listen. Most importantly is that his ideas really work. You have to retrain your brain for lasting success in anything and this book shows you how. It's fun, simple, and empowering. I just dove right in and I lost a pound on my first day with my new mini habits. I want to do this for the rest of my life. Everyone should listen this book.

Excellent book!

Excellent book! It really makes you think about every aspect of your health. Since starting this program, I have lost 22 lbs in 6 weeks. My stress levels have been drastically reduced, cravings for sugar are gone, and my sleep habits have did a 180. I found that the questionnaire and the results to be truly shocking. That part was a game-changer for me because I had no idea what poor health I was in.

Life changing

For everyone who struggles with weight-loss and cravings a must-listen book. Seriously, in my estimation you wont find a better weight loss strategy anywhere else. I don't particularly agree with the food choices of the author, but the strategy plan is perfect.

Much better

I feel so much better, and I am encouraged when I see a weight loss EVERY WEEK. This book is amazing! I have been overweight for 30 some years now, and I am absolutely sure that I will be able to lose all the weight I want and get rid of all my other weight related problems in the process. If you want to feel better - buy this book!

New Healthy Habit!

This goes way beyond a diet book. It focuses motivation on health, of which weight loss is only a part. I have NEVER been a successful dieter, but with this system I move, breathe, sleep, and feel so much better! I also have lost 50 pounds in 5 months. I HIGHLY recommend this product! Anyone serious about living longer, and healthier wants this book!

Easy to follow.

I have tried to get off sugar numorous times with no success. I'm very addicted to it. I'm glad I found this book. It's the piece I have been missing all these years...how to master the "mental" part of dieting. I'll try to come back to this review in a few months to update on my progress on weight loss.

Gonna give it a go

This is an exceptional book that will change your life. I bought this book the day it came out. I did not want to explained a review after just listening the book. I have been struggling for years with trying to lose weight. While listening the book was enjoyable, the real test is in applying the principles.

I found this book oddly helpful,

I found this book oddly helpful, despite the explaining style. It was a different way of looking at binge eating that just stuck with me for whatever reason. My husband listened to the audiobook and he also found it helpful. I have the audio version on my phone and I periodically kusten the first few chapters again. It's short and worth a try if you're struggling.

Lifestyle Changer

When i became borderline diabetic, I had to find a way to get my system back in line without having to do any type of diet that was unappetizing. My son recommended this diet and after reading through it, I found it to be very infornative and real. I love that it focuses on eating real food and not calories. easy to follow. highly recommended.

Life Changing.

I have been a lifetime member of Weight Watchers for over 16 years. I love this diet, I feel better look better and don't have to pay. I just keep the book handy for motivation or go on youTube. For me it is easier to fit into my lifestyle.
